Our stance
AI, in the background.
What Reliq uses AI for
One job: reading what a save actually is. Its subject, its colours, its mood, the work it belongs to. That understanding is what lets your library organise itself and come back to you when you ask — a vague description, a colour, half a memory. That is the whole of it.
What it never does
Reliq does not generate images, and it has no hand in what anyone chooses to bring into their own library. Nothing you save is used to train anything. Your library is a record of your taste, not raw material.
Where it runs
Reliq reads each save on your phone, offline. Nothing you keep ever leaves it. The understanding stays as private as the saves themselves.
The label
Where a post carries an AI label in its metadata, Reliq reads it and can mark that save as AI generated in your library, so you always know what you are looking at. That labelling is yours to switch on or off.
What we believe
We understand AI is a divided and sensitive subject, especially in creative work. Our belief is simple: used well, it belongs in the background, not the foreground. It should clear the admin, the filing, the endless searching, so the making stays yours.
