Who you are agreeing with

RELIQ, referred to below as we or us. Using this website, joining the waitlist, or applying for an invite means you accept what is on this page.

What is on offer here

This site describes Reliq, an iPhone app, and takes applications for private access to it. Nothing on this site is a contract to supply the app, and features described here may change before release.

Private access and the Reliq

Access is granted at our discretion. Applying does not entitle you to an invite. Accepted members receive a physical Reliq, a milled aluminium object carrying the code that unlocks download access.

The Reliq is issued to one person and opens one library. Do not sell, lend, or pass on your Reliq or its code. Doing so ends the access it carries, and we may withdraw the account it opened.

What you tell us

Everything you put on the application form must be true and must be yours to give. Do not apply on behalf of someone else without their say so.

Pricing

Reliq is free to use up to three projects and one reference board. Reliq Pro is $9.99 a month. Prices shown on this site are indicative until the app is released, and the price you are charged is the one shown at the point of purchase in the App Store.

What belongs to whom

The RELIQ name, the mark, the design of this site, and the design of the Reliq object are ours. The images used throughout this site are reference material shown for design purposes. Anything you save inside the app stays yours: we claim no licence over it and never see it.

No warranty

This site and any pre release access are provided as they are. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use.

Ending it

You can leave the waitlist or ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to hello@reliqapp.com. We can withdraw access if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
